At the Zen Oasis in Medway, a landmark known for its tranquil gardens and water features, we were engaged by Rohrig to complete the screw piling works for a new structure extending from the land out into the dam. The project required the installation of screw piles both onshore and within the water, providing a stable foundation while working in a sensitive environment. All works were carried out with precision and care to protect the dam, surrounding landscape, and peaceful setting of the resort. By using screw piling, we ensured minimal ground disturbance and an environmentally responsible solution that aligned with the values of the site.
