Commercial Screw Piling Services
Commercial piling needs capacity, speed, and control. MCLM provides all three. We integrate i house design, fabrication, and installation alongside our crews and machinery, which are sized for anything from tight refurbishments to heavy installs, with verified working loads up to 2,000 kN. Real-time logging, strict tolerances, and engineer sign-off deliver a clear QA trail, foundations you can trust, on a program you can keep.
Why Choose MCLM Screw Piling

Experienced Screw Piling Specialists
At MCLM Screw Piling Group, we set ourselves apart through our open transparency and the pride we take in every project we deliver. With over 13 years of proven expertise in screw piling and more than 25 years in the construction industry, we bring the technical knowledge, industry insight, and operational capability to deliver projects ranging from small-scale residential works to complex commercial and high-rise developments.

Transparent. Reliable. Trusted.
We stand out for our open and honest approach, defined by clear pricing, transparent communication, and reliable reporting. Upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity, we ensure our clients are fully informed at every stage of delivery. From initial planning through to completion, we provide detailed explanations and complete visibility, giving builders and developers the confidence to know they can rely on us to mobilise quickly, adapt to changing site conditions, and deliver on time without compromising quality.

Strong Foundations, Built In-House
Our screw piles are manufactured in-house using 350+ grade steel which is regularly tested in fabrication. This gives our foundations exceptional strength, durability, and performance. Each pile is custom-designed to meet the specific conditions of your site, reducing costs and improving efficiency. With our own fleet of machinery, ranging from 1.7-tonne to 24-tonne capacity, we have the ability to service projects of any scale or complexity without reliance on external plant hire.

In-House Engineering Excellence
Our in-house engineers provide ongoing design review, optimisation, and certification to Australian Standards. By integrating engineering oversight into every project, we reduce the risk of variations, ensure compliance, and deliver seamless certification for your structural engineer and client stakeholders.
What are Screw Piles
Screw piles are steel foundation elements designed to be installed into the ground by a rotary process, similar to a screw being driven into timber. Unlike traditional driven piles, screw piles create minimal vibration, produce little to no spoil, and can be installed rapidly with precision. The helical section at the toe of the pile anchors into competent soil layers, transferring structural loads directly into stable strata. Because installation does not rely on curing time or heavy excavation, loads can be applied immediately after installation. This makes screw piles ideal for projects requiring speed, efficiency, and reliability in a wide variety of ground conditions from residential builds to large-scale infrastructure. Their versatility, cost-effectiveness, and ability to perform in confined or difficult access areas have made screw piles a trusted alternative foundation solution across Australia.

Typical CHS Section
MCLM provides a wide range of multiturn screw piles to suit projects of every scale and ground condition. We install piles from 50 kN to 2000 kN, covering applications across residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. This full range ensures we can tailor foundation solutions to everything from small dwellings and retaining walls to large-scale infrastructure, stadiums, and government facilities.
Pile Testing & Verification
For major projects, MCLM offers a complete testing program to validate design and de-risk delivery. Services include static load testing (compression, uplift and lateral) with calibrated instrumentation and engineer sign-off. We also perform test piling: mobilising with couplings and extensions, installing a trial pile to founding strata, and recording real-time torque and depth to confirm bearing pressure and expected production lengths. Installation is executed to strict tolerances on verticality, torque, embedment, and weld quality, ensuring large loads are achieved safely and repeatably. The result is clear data, faster approvals, and piles fabricated to the right length the first time.
