About MCLMs Industrial and Remedial Screw Piling Applications
Industrial facilities and remedial works demand foundations that perform under pressure. MCLM delivers screw piling solutions built for strength and adaptability, whether it’s underpinning aging structures, stabilising live warehouses, or installing piles in restricted, operational sites.
Remedial Piling
At MCLM Screw Piling Group, we specialise in remedial piling works, restoring and reinforcing structures so they remain safe, stable, and serviceable well into the future. Remediation is more than repair; it involves diagnosing underlying causes, addressing structural weaknesses, and implementing tailored solutions that resolve issues such as settlement, corrosion, moisture intrusion, or foundation degradation. Our in-house engineering and fabrication capabilities allow us to design customised piles for underpinning, stabilisation, and retrofitting in even the most challenging environments. Whether it’s extending the life of aging infrastructure, correcting load failures, or upgrading foundations to meet new design standards, our team delivers with minimal disruption to operations. Every project is supported by precise installation, engineer certification, and proven methodologies ensuring a lasting outcome that restores confidence and structural integrity.

Key Components
Industrial Screw Piling
At MCLM Screw Piling Group, we deliver tailored piling solutions across a wide range of industrial applications. From heavy-duty gantry crane foundations and large storage tanks to culverts, floodlighting, and structural signage, our team designs and installs piles to handle demanding loads with precision. We support the development of carparks, industrial units, and large-scale warehousing, integrating in-house design, fabrication, and installation to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. With proven capacities up to 2,000 kN, real-time installation control, and engineer certification, we provide the reliability and resilience that industrial infrastructure demands.

Coastal and Foreshore Works
Building along our coastlines and waterways requires more than engineering know-how—it demands care for the land, the water, and the communities that use them. At MCLM, we deliver screw piling solutions for boardwalks, jetties, seawalls, and parklands, with piles designed to withstand corrosive marine environments and shifting soils. Every project is approached with respect for the natural landscape and its Traditional Custodians, ensuring our work protects and enhances the environment while creating safe, lasting access for the public. From coastal boardwalks to riverbank parks, we focus on low-impact installation, durability, and community connection—foundations that let people enjoy their foreshore for generations.
Piling Codes & Compliance (Quality Control)

At MCLM, compliance is built into every stage of our process. Our multiturn helix components are manufactured from cast steel to ASTM A216 Grade WCB, then butt-welded to the pile shaft, and each batch is backed by NATA-certified test certificates covering chemical composition, tensile properties, and dimensional tolerances. Pile shafts are fabricated from API 5L / AS 1163 C350 (350+ grade) black steel to ensure consistent strength and toughness in demanding site conditions. Design, fabrication, and installation are executed to the requirements of AS 2159-2009 (Piling—Design and Installation), while all welding follows AS/NZS 1554 with approved WPS/PQRs and qualified welders. Our QA program includes material traceability (heat numbers and mill certs), welding inspections, and recorded torque-depth logs and as-built data for every pile; where specified, we conduct NDT and load testing to verify performance. This disciplined approach, standards-driven engineering, controlled fabrication, and documented installation, means our clients receive certified, repeatable quality and foundations they can trust. We’re proud to uphold these standards on every project, large or small.
